ENEMA BOARDS
These boards are so awkward! First, you need to find a chair, then you need to balance the back of the board of the chair, then you need to climb on this contraption and make sure you can stay on it. “Rickety” is the word we’ve heard most to describe this scenario. Most of these boards are found in people’s attics and basements, long-forgotten and discarded. Why? It’s simply too hard to relax and have a good session! The acrobatic balancing act can be very counterproductive to your relaxing, which is what you are attempting to do when you want to eliminate properly.
ENEMA/FOUNTAIN KITS
The enema kit from the drugstore is just as awkward! You have to fill the bag multiple times to get a thorough cleansing.
Also, you practically have to perform gymnastics just to move from a kneeling position on the floor to the toilet and back. And if you’ve ever tried this before, you’ll know that sometimes you make it to the toilet and sometimes you don’t. Imagine how messy and embarrassing it can be if you have a loved one assisting you in the home! Back and forth, forth and back--and this goes on for as long as it takes to perform a thorough enema. This is hard work in the best of circumstances, but is simply impossible for elderly, infirm or for the physically challenged.
